Hi, I’m Jana.
I grew up learning to bake from my beloved grandmother, who taught me to make desserts for Sunday church. Those days gave me a love for making something special and sharing it with others.
At Beloved Bakery, you’ll find recipes I’ve carried since childhood, ones I’ve developed in my own kitchen, and treats I discovered while traveling, then brought home to recreate and enjoy again and again. Now I get to share those favorites with you.
I keep the menu small and rotating so each bake gets the care it deserves. I hope something at my table becomes a favorite of yours, too.
